Will this actually generate leads?

1

That's the whole point. Every piece of work starts with one question: how does this help your sales team bring in and close business? If a channel isn't contributing, we stop paying for it.

We can't add to our marketing budget. Can this still work?

2

Often, yes. Most businesses at this stage are already spending on something: a social media hire, an event, an agency, ads. The first step is usually evaluating which spending is creating impact before adding anything new.

How many hours a month do you work with clients?

Do we need to be on social media?

What's the difference between hiring you and hiring an agency?

The average engagement is 5 to 10 hours a month, but I am open to any engagement that meets your strategic goals.

Do you replace our salespeople or our marketing staff?

What industries do you work with?

I wouldn’t dream of it! I make your existing team more effective. Your salespeople keep the relationships, and your marketing staff keeps executing. I set direction, build the systems, and help both teams shine

Not everywhere. Some businesses are a natural fit for Instagram or TikTok, and others are better served by LinkedIn and email alone. Part of the job is telling you honestly what’s worth your time and effort and putting measurement systems in place to make informed decisions.

An agency usually executes within a channel. I set the strategy those channels should be executing against, measure whether it's working, and build the systems that connect it all.

My deepest experience is in B2B SaaS, technology and mission-driven organizations, but what matters most is your stage: you've grown, you've stalled, and you need marketing to start pulling its weight.
